I was thinking long a hard about this. So many of us (myself included) start a healthy meal plan or exercise because we hate our body. It’s okay to not be happy with where your body is ATM, but when you tell yourself how much you hate your body, you are setting yourself up for a downward spiral of shame.

In summary, how can you find a way to love your body now, so you can love it as you move forward and reach your goals and be confident in your skin?

  • Find one thing a day that you love about your body
  • Find one thing about your body you struggle with and see where it has served you well
  • Remind yourself you deserve to feel great and be confident in the body you’re in.
